Order status
Where is my order?
Enter the email address you used at checkout. We will send a one time code to that address and show you every order attached to it, including the tracking number once it exists.
What the statuses mean
Five states, no jargon.

Order placed
We have your order and payment. Nothing has been picked yet.
- 02
Preparing
Picked and packed. This normally takes one to two business days.
- 03
Shipped
Handed to the carrier. Your tracking number is in the shipping email.
- 04
Out for delivery
On a van near you. Someone does not need to be home to sign.
- 05
Delivered
Left with you or at your delivery instructions.
Something looks wrong?
If tracking has not moved in five business days, tell us the order number and we will chase the carrier ourselves.
