What we collect, and why.

When you order: your name, email address, delivery address, phone number if you give one, and the contents of your order. When you contact support: whatever you write to us. When you browse: basic technical data such as page views and device type.

We never see your full card number. Payment details go directly to our payment processor. We do not buy customer lists and we do not sell or rent yours.

To take payment, ship your order, answer your questions, and honour warranties. We email you about your order because you bought something. We only email you marketing if you chose to opt in, and every one of those has a working unsubscribe link.

Our store platform and payment processor handle order and payment data. Carriers receive the delivery details they need to reach your door. Each of them acts on our instructions and cannot use your data for their own marketing.

We use the cookies and local storage needed to keep your cart between page loads and to complete checkout securely. Your cart is stored in your own browser, not on our servers.

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually several years. Support conversations are kept for two years so a repeat fault has context. Marketing subscriptions are deleted as soon as you unsubscribe.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Email support and we will act within thirty days without asking you why.

The site runs over HTTPS and checkout is handled by a PCI compliant processor. No system is perfect, so if something ever goes wrong we will tell affected customers plainly rather than burying it.
