Pour Portable sells portable espresso hardware direct to customers. Orders on this site are fulfilled and processed through our Shopify store.

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we email your confirmation. If a product turns out to be unavailable, or a price was listed incorrectly, we may cancel and refund in full before dispatch rather than quietly substitute something else.

Prices are shown in the currency at checkout and can change over time, though never after you have paid. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment processor. We do not see or store your card details.

These machines heat water and hold pressure. Use them as the manual describes: do not open the brew head mid cycle, do not immerse the body in water, and do not charge a visibly damaged unit. Misuse voids the warranty and can hurt you.

We describe specifications as accurately as we can, and we round nothing in our favour. Photography is of the actual products. Colours can vary slightly between screens.

We are responsible for loss caused by our own failure to meet these terms, up to the value of your order. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as missed travel or lost time. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by us.

The text, photography and design on this site belong to us. You are welcome to link to it. Do not republish it as your own product listing.

We may update these terms, and the version in force is the one published when you ordered. Consumer protection law in your country of residence continues to apply alongside these terms.
