How your order gets to you.

Orders are picked and packed as quickly as we can after payment clears. We do not publish a dispatch deadline, because stock levels and order volume both move. If you need to know where a specific order stands, ask support with your order number and we will tell you honestly.

Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, the timeline belongs to them. We do not quote delivery windows, guaranteed dates or arrival estimates, and any timeframe a carrier shows in tracking is their projection rather than our commitment. Do not order for a fixed date, a trip or a gift deadline expecting it to arrive by then.

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address, and the exact amount is shown before you pay rather than after. Whatever appears there is the cost, and it is not refundable once the order is placed.

For international orders, import duties and taxes are set by your country and are not included in the price unless checkout explicitly says otherwise. Any charge collected on delivery is yours to pay, and a refused parcel is not refunded.

A tracking number is emailed once the parcel is handed to the carrier. It can take a while to start showing movement, which is normal rather than a sign of a lost parcel.

If tracking stalls or a box arrives damaged, contact support with your order number and photos and we will raise a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Where the unit itself arrived damaged, that is a noticeable issue and the returns policy applies.

Check your address carefully at checkout. If you tell us immediately after ordering we may be able to correct it before the parcel is picked, but we cannot promise that. Once it has been dispatched, the address is fixed and a parcel delivered to the address you entered is treated as delivered.
