How and when your order arrives.

Orders are picked and packed within one to two business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are treated as arriving the next business day.

Domestic delivery normally takes two to five business days after dispatch. Most international destinations take five to twelve business days.

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs inspections and peak season all add days that nobody can promise away.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Orders over $50 ship free. Below that, the exact cost is shown before you pay, never after.

For international orders, import duties and taxes are set by your country and are not included in the price unless checkout states otherwise. Where a destination lets us prepay them, we show the total at checkout so nothing is collected on your doorstep.

A tracking number is emailed when the parcel is handed to the carrier. It can take twenty four hours to start showing movement, which is normal and not a lost parcel.

If tracking has not moved for five business days, or the box arrives damaged, contact support with your order number and a photo where relevant. We chase the carrier and replace or refund the order. We do not ask you to argue with a delivery depot on our behalf.

Tell us within two hours of ordering and we can usually correct an address before the parcel is picked. After dispatch, the carrier decides whether redirection is possible.
